Banana And Dates Milkshake | Healthy Milkshake Recipe For Breakfast | Sehri | Suhur Recipe


Hi guys so today’s recipe is my favorite milkshake recipe. I make this pretty much everyday (you have probably seen this on my snapchat and insta stories as well). This is very healthy as dates are a good source of energy, iron, magnesium and etc. Banana is full of potassium, calcium, etc. Flax seeds have omega 3 fatty acids along with antioxidant substances that help in many ways. Oats are high in fibre, proteins, etc.

1 Ripe Banana
4 pitted dates
4 tbsp Oats
1 tbsp Flax seeds powder
1/4th tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp dates syrup/honey
